New Life!!!

I am now happily a baboon...

"A baboon?" you say... yes, i am now living at st anns college, and for some reason we're baboons... dont ask, i dont know

Its O week (orientation week) and ive spent all my money on grog already. ive been here 4 days. disgraceful. I dont even have a dollar coin to do some washing..... i dont even know how to wash...

my room is humungous. its the biggest room in college. WOW!!

I am so sore. this place is all stairs. i am going to have the best legs/bum ever!!! and walking to uni 3 days in a row (so far) has tightened up my gut muscles, so even tho i am in constant pain, i know that i am going to look so fucking good at the end of this....

I havent actually started any classes yet. and i dont think im going to do the diploma of language i was going to do. actually i highly doubt that i will.... its to much hard work to re-organise my entire timetable, while still trying to adjust... ahhhh

i need money.

Well its been a while.....

Well howdy do to my one follower and to every other poor bastard that happens across this blog...

GOOD NEWS!!!!!

Im going to university, im going to university, im going to university..... do da do da daaaayyyy....

Yep thats right. Starting march i am going to be studying a Bachelor Of Music Education... how fucking wicked is that?????

ummmm.... now vegetarian food...... well i always eat it, but nothing of note atm.... wait yes there is!!!

Its called... the HUMZA BAKE!!!

i dont have the exact recipie, but it goes something like this...

silver beet (but i used zuccini)
grated cheese
rice
tomato
bread crumbs
onion

firstly dice the zuccini and slice the onion. cook them up in a bit of oil. while your doing this, cook up a bit of rice (only about half a cup...ish) when the zuccini is mostly soft, add the rice and about a cup of cheese, cook that up till its melty and nice. pour that into a casserole dish anc cover with a layer of sliced tomato, bread crumbs and more cheese. bake

youll have to work out the ammounts yourself for the size casserole dish you have...

also good is... PARMESAN POTATOES!!!!!

boil your potatoes till theyr still a bit hard in the middle. Throw them in a frying pan with equal parts oil and butter. cook till brown. Add parmesan to cover. cook till crisp and yummy.

simple. easy. not vega (sorry mama pea!)

Been missing you too btw. :D
